Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • During peak seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the product and location.

  • Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the U.S.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Live Plants Shipping

  • Live plants are shipped early in the week (Monday–Wednesday) to avoid weekend delays.

  • We carefully package each plant to ensure it arrives safe and healthy.

  • Please unpack and water your plant(s) promptly upon arrival.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

  • Free local Delivery may be available in Palm Bay, Melbourne & Malabar FL (contact us for details).

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

  • While we take every precaution, shipping live plants carries some risk.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Currently, we ship within the United States only.

  • Due to agricultural regulations, certain plants may not be available for shipping to some states.
